R700 is DOT Approved and delivers excellent performance thanks to its deep, open and independent block tread design which maximises both wet and dry traction on dirt and gravel roads. The R700 also features sharp shoulder block edges for enhanced sideways grip and cornering traction on loose surfaces. The upper sidewall of the tyre has protector ribs to help protect the tyre from cuts and loose debris, while the lower sidewall uses protector ribs to prevent debris or objects from being pushed between the sidewall and the rim.
The R800 is DOT Approved and has an asymmetrical and directional tread pattern designed for intermediate and hard packed surfaces, as well as sharp shoulder block edges for enhanced cornering traction. The tyre can be grooved as required for very poor conditions. The upper sidewall of the tyre has protector ribs to help protect the tyre from cuts and loose debris, while the lower sidewall uses protector ribs to prevent debris or objects from being pushed between the sidewall and the rim.
R900 tyre is part of a range of Kumho tyres that are recognised as the one to beat in many rally championships such as the British, Irish and International Rally Championship. Kumho tyres are fitted to several top drivers’ vehicles and they regularly help their drivers to class wins and championship titles. The bigger block pattern of the tyre means is can deal with hard packed gravel, while the structural rigidity and stabilisation mean they can be relied upon at all times. They are the ideal tyre for a swept surface with a hard packed lower layer. R900 is also cost effective for competitors across all levels.
TW02 is an FIA approved wet rally tyre, designed for tarmac rally use in wet conditions. It has proved to ultra successful in tarmac rally championships since Kumho tyres first burst onto the motorsport scene. Having proved itself in the toughest of competition, and with a string of high profile successes in Irish rallying, it is fast becoming a ‘must have’ on many teams’ shopping lists. The moulded pattern design gives maximum grip on wet tarmac with additional tread blocks for extra performance. It can be grooved to offer better grip for standing water etc (regulations permitting).
